I am active in my local board, serving on the RPAC, Legislative, and Community Outreach Committees; a graduate of the 2008 Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy; and Honor Society member, while serving on MAR’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee and Governmental Affairs Forum. I am also honored to have received the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® 2007 Rookie of the Year award for two years of service to the real estate industry and our community.
As a REALTOR®, I pledged to protect property rights and oppose harmful legislation. As a State Representative, my promise to you is this; I will oppose all attempts to legislate • Transfer Taxes and Transfer Fee Covenants • Certificates of Value • State Interference in Local Matters • Unfair Burdens Placed on Property Owners or Prospective Purchaser
I will continue work with the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, to introduce and support legislation that benefits and protects the interest of REALTORS®, the real estate industry, business owners, and the right of property ownership in Missouri.
With my promise, I bring to you hands on leadership, innovation, vision and dedication to our industry, and with your help, we can send another REALTOR® to Jefferson City to join Michelle Kratky, 65th District, and Dennis Wood, 62nd District.
I ask for your support and your vote.
| ****Donations to my campaign will also count towards RPAC contributions***
| I want to thank the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, the RPAC Trustees, Sam Licklider, Erin Hervey, and Jim Asbury for their support of my campaign to move Missouri forward! |
